To design anti-corruption policies that are fair and effective, it is vital to understand how corruption affects people differently based on gender.

What you’ll learn

The course consists of two parts, each containing three modules:

Part I: Understanding gender and corruption (available now)

  • Introduction to key concepts and ideas in gender and corruption
  • Women’s participation in public life and corruption
  • Mainstreaming gender in anti-corruption

Part II: Addressing gender-specific corruption challenges (launching December 2025)

  • Addressing sexual corruption
  • Intersectional perspectives: corruption, marginalisation, and discrimination
  • Gender, illicit financial flows, and asset recovery
